Kelly’s story ….

In 2004, Kelly achieved bar certification to practice law in Brazil.  She practiced law in Brazil for 12 years, covering criminal, labor, and family law cases before relocating to the United States.  Kelly relocated from Brazil in 2018 through a K1 visa.  Having experienced the US immigration process personally and seeing the opportunities to help others who struggled through the process, Kelly decided to pursue a US degree in law with a vision to start a highly diligent business supporting fellow immigrants.  In December of 2021, Kelly graduated with a master’s in law from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  In July of 2024, Kelly successfully passed the bar exam in California, allowing her to practice immigration law across the US and its territories, and fulfilling her to her dream to enable and support fellow immigrants toward a successful life in the United States.
